Shannae Basora supports Data & Society’s HR team as the Human Resources Generalist. She holds over eight years of experience in the Human Resources field and is skilled at building effective processes and obtaining reliable, accurate information that informs decision-making.

Shannae is currently pursuing an MBA degree at Empire State College. She believes in the success of higher education in reaching long-term goals. Shannae enjoys learning, reading, and helping others. She also loves to spend time with family and close friends, and can be found traveling with (or to) them and engaged in fun activities.
