Ronteau Coppin is a Brooklyn native and the People and Culture Manager at Data & Society. She is a true people person who is passionate about fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment. Ronteau is responsible for ensuring that the HR environment is effectively managed and that Data & Society has the people and organizational culture it needs to obtain its goals and objectives.

Before joining the human resources field, Ronteau held various operations positions including office management, project management, and systems and procedures development at several education-based non-profit organizations. Ronteau graduated Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College with a Bachelor’s in Africana Studies and a minor in Philosophy. She also received her MBA in General Business Management from the Metropolitan College of New York.
